Sell from our till on a touchscreen PC. Close the receipt: the sale is already in the management system, with margins and stock up to date.

  • Barcode scanner or camera, quick keys and items sold by weight with the price per kg.
  • Discounts, returns, parked receipts and loyalty-card customers.
  • Cash with change, or card.The card reader stays your bank's: at the till you record the card payment.
  • Several tills and cashiers, each with their own PIN. At the end of the shift you see expected, counted and difference.

Batches and traceability

The batch is written once, when you book in the goods. Then you find it in processing, on the labels, in the certificate and in the delivery note. From a batch you see where it came from and where it went.

Delivery note (DDT): only for stores in Italy.

What you spend in the first year: two examples

Two shops in Italy, four tills, with invoices
Base €170 × 2 licences + 4 tills × €25 = €440 a month: €5,280 over 12 months. One-off: item import €500 and the NUC for the Italian tax portal €150.First year, paying monthly: €5,930, excluding VAT.

Subscription of at least 12 months for each shop. When it ends, it renews by itself for another 12 months, unless you cancel it. The fee is subject to annual review.

The questions everyone asks us.

Is it right for my business?

Yes, if you have a shop, a supermarket or several stores: today it is used mostly by supermarkets. With several stores you see the sales of each shop and of all of them together, in one management system. For a shop there is also our till (the POS), with the fiscal receipt on the telematic cash register; for bars and restaurants, QR menus and kitchen orders, on quote. We do not manage appointment calendars: it is not suitable for hairdressers and beauticians.

Do sales arrive in real time?

Yes, with our POS: each receipt goes into the management system as soon as you close it, and stock updates straight away. If the connection drops, the till keeps selling and sends everything as soon as it is back.

Are there any extra costs?

The monthly fee of the plan you choose. Our in-browser till: €25 a month per till (€140 + 2 tills = €190). On top of that, one time only, importing your items: €500; and, if you want invoices from the Italian tax portal (Italy only), the NUC: €150. The artificial intelligence features are an optional module, €25 a month, with an OpenAI key that you pay per use.

How long does the subscription last?

At least 12 months, for each shop: one licence covers one shop. You pay every month, or the year in advance with a 5% discount. When it ends, it renews by itself for another 12 months, unless you cancel it. The fee is subject to annual review.

How do I cancel?

Write to support at least 30 days before the subscription ends: we will confirm the end date by email. If you stop before it ends, you still pay the fees until the end date, and a year paid in advance is not refunded.

What happens to my data if I stop?

The data is yours. For 30 days after the end you can still log in and download it, and if you ask, we send you a full copy free of charge. Then we close access: on day 90 we delete the data, from the backups by day 120, and we confirm it by email. Downloading the data is always free.

Do I need a device for cash?

No. It is recorded with the app on the phone, with the PIN of whoever moves it. If you have compatible automatic tills, the counted cash comes in by itself.

Do I have to retype supplier invoices?

No. You take a photo of them with the stock app: lines and prices fill in, you check and confirm, and if a price doesn't add up we flag it. You need the AI assistant (€25 a month) with a separate OpenAI key; you choose the supplier yourself. Automatic download from the tax portal exists only in Italy.

Is artificial intelligence included?

No. The artificial intelligence features, such as the delivery-note photo or the assistant that answers with your figures, are optional: the module costs €25 a month and needs an OpenAI key, which you pay for separately. These features send OpenAI the data needed to answer.

Can my accountant log in?

Yes, with their own login and the permissions you decide.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes: on your computer in the browser, and on your phone with the apps.

Which languages does it work in?

It speaks Italian, English, German and Croatian.
