Privacy and cookie notice
This page explains what personal data this site collects, why we use it, how long we keep it and which cookies the site uses. The date of the last change is at the bottom of the page.
Who processes your data
The data controller is SP Software sas. Registered office: via Risorgimento 9, Bracigliano (SA). VAT number: IT05678910653.

What data we collect and why
Demo request and "We'll call you back"
When you ask for a demo or for a call back, we collect your name and phone number and, if you write or choose them, your business name, email, type of business, how many shops you have, when you prefer to be called, the till you use and which part of the software you want to start with.
With the request we also save which button on the page you started from and, if the address contains them, the names of the campaign you came from (the utm parameters, which do not say who you are). If you have accepted profiling cookies and you come from a Google ad, we also save the identifier of the click on the ad (gclid, gbraid or wbraid).
Why: to call you back, arrange the demo and answer your questions about the software. Where the request comes from tells us which pages and which campaigns work.
Legal basis: your request, that is the pre-contractual steps you ask for (Article 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679, the GDPR); for where the request comes from, our legitimate interest in understanding which campaigns work (Article 6(1)(f)); for the click identifier, your consent to profiling cookies (Article 6(1)(a)).
Are they required? Name and phone number, yes: without them we cannot call you back. Everything else is optional.
How long: for as long as it takes to reply and follow up the negotiation. If you do not become a customer, we delete the request when the negotiation ends, unless you ask us to contact you again later. If you become a customer, the data move into the contract.
Who sees them: only the people in our company who follow up the request. The data are kept in our management software; the providers of our technical services (servers and email) process them on our behalf, as data processors. We do not sell your data and we do not give them to others for their advertising.
Chat and messages
If you write to us with the "Contact us" form in the chat, we use the name, contact details and message you leave only to reply to you. Legal basis: your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). We keep the message for as long as it takes to reply and follow up the conversation.
The chat Assistant is a program that answers automatically using the texts of our site and can make mistakes: for important decisions, ask a person. We keep questions and answers to improve the Assistant. Do not write personal data that is not needed in the Assistant. When the answer is not in our texts, the question is sent to OpenAI, the artificial intelligence provider that prepares the answer, also outside the European Union.
Site account and quote
If you register to enter the Client area or to receive the quote as a PDF, we use your email and the data you enter to create the account and send you the access code and the quote. Legal basis: your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). We keep the password only as a hash, never in plain text. We keep the account as long as you use it; if you ask us to close it, we delete it, except for the data the law requires us to keep.
If you become our customer
For the contract, invoices and support, the customer privacy notice that we give you with the contract applies.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files that the site saves in your browser. This site uses the technical cookies it needs to work; the others only if you accept them in the banner.

We count visits to the home page on our own server, anonymously, without cookies and without saving the IP address.
Today the site does not use analytics, profiling or third-party cookies. If we use them, we will list them here before switching them on and ask for your consent with the banner.
You can change your choice at any time with the button below or with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the home page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; without technical cookies some parts of the site do not work.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, receive it in a machine-readable format or object to its use (Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR). You can withdraw your consent whenever you want: it applies from that moment, not to the use made before. We reply within one month.

If you think we process your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live or work.
We do not take automated decisions about you with the data from this site.
